El tiempo corre realmente deprisa, llevo casi un mes sin actualizar el blog…

En un par de días prometo actualizar y poner muchas cosas que he estado haciendo. Tengo la maquinaria funcionando y preparando material nuevo. Poquito a poco, lo sabreis todo. Un poquito de paciencia, gracias!!

Finalmente, os quería avisar de que este fin de semana será un poco largo para mí, y estaré en el Expotaku de Gijón. Me decidí a repetir evento ya que en mi experiencia anterior en Coruña lo pasé muy bien, y conocí a gente encantadora (empezando por la organización…)Así que los que conozcais mi trabajo y vivais por la zona, podeis verlo in situ, en vivo y en directo.

Será el sábado 10, y domingo 11.

Os pongo el cartel, que contiene más información, para que podais ver el horario y el sitio.

A la vuelta os contaré mis aventuras.

Antes os enseñé mi stand, y ahora quiero que veais fotos de alguna de la gente que me compró cosas en el Expotaku. Fueron muy amables por dejarme hacerles las fotos. Como veis, los monóculos fueron un éxito, vendí los dos que había hecho, y también la capucha de gato.

Todos fueron encantadores, y espero que lleven con cariño las piezas de mi trabajo que compraron.

I showed you my stand before, and now I want you to see pictures from some of the people who bought my items at Expotak. They were very kind for letting me take pictures to them. As you see, the googles were very succesful, I sold the two I had made, and also the cat hood. All of them were very kind, and I hope they wear with affection the pieces of my work they bought.

Una semana después, ya estoy de vuelta del Expotaku Coruña 2011.

Ha sido una experiencia muy buena, y me lo he pasado bien. He tenido la oportunidad de conocer a mucha gente original, divertida, y ver cosas diferentes.

Este año era la segunda vez que se hacía, y ha habido mucha más gente que el año pasado. Parece que este evento se está haciendo más popular cada año, lo cual es bueno porque es una oportunidad de divertirse al menos por unos días de un modo diferente.

Os muestro algunas fotos de mi stand. Como podeis ver coloqué la sombrilla que restauré bien visible, de lejos podía verse y llamaba mucho la atención.

Otra cosa que llamó la atención fueron los monóculos y la capucha de gato. De hecho, había bastante gente que hacía fotos, no sé si para colocarlas en internet, o simplemente porque les gustaba. En cualquier caso, me gusta saber que mi trabajo es bien recibido.

Hi all!

One week after, I,m back from Expotaku Coruña 2011.

It,s been a very good experience, and I,ve had a lot of fun. I,ve had the chance to meet a lot of funny and original people, and see different things.

This year was the second edition, and there was mucho more people than last year. It seems this event is becoming more popular each year, which is good because it,s a chance to have fun at least for some days in a different way.

I,m showing you some pictures of my stand. As you see, I put the umbrella I restored in a visible place, it could be seen from a distance and caught the attention.

Another things that caught the people attention were both the googles and the cat hood. On the fact, there were a lot of people taking pictures, I don,t know if they were taken to be posted on Internet, or simply because they liked. Anyway, I like to know that my work is well received.

Como bien anuncia el título de este post, os anuncio con mucha ilusión que los próximos 20,21 y 22 de Mayo Creaciones Alraune estará presente en el Expotaku de Coruña.

El evento se hace en el Recinto Expocoruña, que está situado en la misma zona donde también se encuentran el Coliseum y el centro comercial.

El horario los tres días será de 10 de la mañana a 8 de la tarde.

Espero veros por allí, ya que estaré con mis cositas, ropas, bisutería, complementos… un montón de cosas de las que podeis ver en el catálogo descargable, y también muchas novedades, y prendas de segunda mano a muy buen precio.

Estaré junto al punto de información, al lado de la cafetería.

Aquí teneis a la segunda, se llama Lady Mary Clutterbug, a quien conocí en persona este sábado pasado en Santiago de Compostela, y lleva varias piezas de mi trabajo: un anillo, y lo que veis en la foto, la medalla de honor, y el fajín bordado. Se la ve muy elegante participando como una amazona victoriana en el evento.

Here you have the second one, her name is Lady Mary Clutterbug, whom I met last Saturday in Santiago de Compostela, and she,s wearing some pieces of my work: a ring, and what you see in the picture, the medal of honour, and the embroidered belt. She looks very elegant participating as a Victorian horsewoman at the event.

Ya sé que tengo el blog un poco abandonado, pero tengo muchas cosas al mismo tiempo. La semana que viene estaré bastante ocupada, ya os lo anunciaré…

De momento, os traigo un par de clientas contentas. La primera es la que me encargó el traje de chulapa (típico de Madrid), este Carnaval pasado.

Ahí la veis en la calle, pasándolo bien. Por lo que me contó fué un día muy divertido.

Decir que es una clienta de hace muchos años, de las que se mantienen a través del tiempo. Tengo que agradecer el tener gente así, con fidelidad a mi trabajo.

I know, the blog is a little abandoned, but I have many things at the same time. Next week I,ll be very busy, I,ll let you know about it…

By now, I bring a couple of happy costumers. The first one is the one who commited me to make a chulapa dress (typical from Madrid), last Carnival.

There you see her, on the street, having fun. As for what she told me it was a very funny day. I must say that she,s been a costumer of mine for many years. I must thank to people like her, that is there through the years, with fidelity to my job.

Hoy tan sólo quiero poneros una breve nota para deciros que la semana que viene vendré cargada con ropitas y complementos nuevos, que he estado haciendo para un evento que se celebrará este sábado. Sólo diré una palabra… Steampunk!.
