Estos otros dos pares de pendientes los hice usando las extremidades de una muñeca (amantes de las Barbies, ninguna de ellas fue sacrificada para hacerlos). Puse unos casquillos en las puntas, y tan sencillo como eso… mi madre dice que le recuerdan a los exvotos que se les ponen a los santos como agradecimiento por haber recibido algún favor, y es cierto. Los hay de plata, azabache, marfil… y hay estos pendientes que nada tienen que ver con la religión, ji ji… son solamente un par de piezas un poco frikies.

These pairs of earrings were made using the extremities of a doll (Barbie lovers, none of them were sacrified to make them). I added some cabochons on the top, and that,s all… my mother says that they remind her of the exvotos ( no translation found for this word, sorry) put on the saints statues as a sign of gratitude for having received any favour, and it,s true. They are made of silver, jet, ivory… and here are these earrings that have nothing to do with religion, hi hi… they,re just a couple of pieces, a little freaky.

Estos pendientes fueron un poco experimentos con resina. Hice algunas piezas de una colección de moldes, de la que os iré enseñando más. Lo primero que acabé fueron los pendientes de pastelitos, que digamos que son de fresa (los rosas) y de nata (los blancos). También tuvieron el honor de ser las primeras piezas taladradas usando la Dremel (la adoro… simplemente), y he de decir que la resina es un material muy bueno para trabajar. La base del pastelito está pintada en dorado, a pesar de ser piezas de resina, consiguen verse bastante realistas.

These earrings were kind of an experiment using resin. I made some pieces from a mold collection, from which I,ll show you some more. The first things I finished were the cake earrings, we could say they are made of strawberry (the pink ones) and cream (the white ones). The had also the honour of being the first pieces pierced using the Dremel tool (I loove it.. simply), and I must say that resin is a very good material to work with. The base of the cake is painted with golden paint. In spite ob being resin pieces, they get to look very realistic.

Usando también resina, hice este conjunto de anillos con forma de rosa, en muchos colores, para todos los gustos.
Se ven muy bonitos para completar un look Lolita o vintage. No hay mucho más que explicar, las fotos hablan por sí solas…

Os muestro ahora una pequeña colección de robots hechos de resina , con muchos colores y muy alegres. Hay tres modelos diferentes, y tienen el alfiler por la parte de atrás incrustado en la resina, con lo cual no se despega.
Quedan muy bonitos puestos en la solapa, o en un bolso.

Ahora os traigo unos anillos hechos con resina, con forma de corazón. La resina es transparente, para que se vea lo que contienen, y de base tienen resina en blanco y azul.
Quise hacer cada uno diferente y pienso que lo conseguí, cada uno es un estilo unico. El aro metálico es regulable en el dedo, para ajustar a la medida necesaria.
Están buscando dueños… no tardeis!!

I bring you now some rings made with resin, with the shape of a heart. The resin is transparent, to see what the ring contains, and the base is white and blue resin.
I wanted to make each one different, and I think I got it, each one is a different style. The metallic ring is adjustable on the finger, to fit the necessary size.
