Hoy traigo un trabajo con el cual disfruté mucho mientras lo confeccionaba, ya que tuve la oportunidad de combinar técnicas de bordado, por un lado, y por el otro, pintura sobre tela.

Es un traje de princesa de inspiración celta. Hecho con colores naturales, crudo y verde oliva, y usando tejidos de aspecto natural, algodones y linos.

Se compone de vestido, corsé y capa. Os pongo las fotos, y las voy comentando…

Today I bring a job that made me enjoy a lot while I was making it, as I had the chance to combine embroidery machine on one hand, and on the other, painting on fabric.

It,s a princess dress with celtic inspiration. Made with natural colours, cream and olive green, and using fabrics with a natural appereance, linen and cotton.

The suit includes dress, corset and cloack. I put the pictures, and then comment them….

Esta es la capa. Como veis tiene una forma poco habitual, que sienta muy bien al llevarla. Es muy ligera y cómoda. En la espalda lleva pintados unos pájaros gemelos.

Este es el vestido. Está hecho con algodón crudo y lino verde oliva. Lleva como decoración unos motivos de nudos celtas. Las mangas son muy amplias, y van fruncidas a toda su longitud.

Este es el corset. Está hecho con lino verde oliva, y en el frente tiene unos pájaros genelos bordados. Ata en la parte trasera. Está forrado con algodón.

Y esta es la propietaria del traje. Se llama Mireia, y con su grupo de espectáculos, Drakonia, ha hecho que el traje viaje por muchos sitios. ¿A que se ve guapa?
